Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need an appointment?
  • Please do call the spa desk to schedule your appointment. We suggest you call a week in advance of your desired appointment time. We can usually get you scheduled sooner but we want you to have the day and time you desire. We DO accept walk-in appointments but we cannot guarantee availability. Please do not hesitate to call us for a “spontaneous” appointment as we do have cancellations and will try our best to fit you in.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
  • We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments with multiple services and groups of two or more. No shows will be responsible for the entire treatment fee. Please see our full policy under Spa Policies & Suggestions
  • What should I wear or bring to the spa?
  • Feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable with. Some people are coming to our spa after work and some are here for the entire day to relax. We will always be glad to provide you with a robe and slippers if you would like to lounge awhile. You may want to leave jewelry at home as you will probably have to remove it for most treatments. We do provide a secure locker for your belongings. We also cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items in the spa.
  • What do I wear during my treatment?
  • If you are having a treatment that requires special undergarments, we will always have disposable ones for you. Your modesty will always be preserved as much as the treatment allows. During massages and facials, clients may wear their own undergarments and will always be draped for warmth and privacy. During one of our body wraps you will be asked to wear disposable underwear provided to you and drapes will be available for warmth and privacy. However, body wraps do require access to the entire body for the proper wrapping technique.
  • Can I take my children?
  • We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing small children to the spa during your treatment.
  • Can I request a male or female Massage Therapist?
  • While we reserve the right to and will always be open to hiring male and female staff, at this current time our entire staff happens to be female. So at this time there is no need to request a female versus a male therapist for your treatment.
  • Are gratuities included in your service prices?
  • No. Gratuities are left to your discretion. They are not expected but are always appreciated by the staff. We suggest you make any tipping a separate private transaction. Envelopes are provided for your convenience. We do offer the ability to add gratuities to your credit card, check or gift certificate.
  • Do you accept credit cards?
  • For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cash and checks.
